45. Set expectations with the proctor. This will free up your mind and make you less nervous. For instance, you will write the slide numbers on your paper sheets so that artifacts can be sequenced easily on the PPT by the proctor after the preparation time is over.
46. To ensure effective time management during solution preparation, it is beneficial to establish defined phases for solution completion. This approach helps you stay on track and maintain focus. For instance, you can divide the preparation into two phases: one before the 15-minute break and the other after the break.
47. Do not panic if you lose connection or get interrupted for any other reason. In such cases, try to relax. Deep breathing can help relax your mind.
48. Eat something light during the 15-minute break that will keep you alert. For instance, for some candidates, coffee and a protein bar/banana can be re-energizing.
